Seasonings By RUbee – Return & Refund Policy
At Seasonings By RUbee, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our return and refund policy below:

No Returns Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products unless the item is damaged upon delivery.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a Return/Refund Request Form within 24–48 hours of the package delivery date and time. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Proof Requirement: Clear photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging must be provided when submitting your request.

No Exchanges: For health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on any products once the seal has been broken or tampered with.

Return Process: If your request is approved, you may be required to return the damaged product. Refund processing will begin once the returned item is received and inspected.
